Returns

Please read the following before issuing a return request. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

 

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Land Run Brands, LLC and its affiliated sites, simply return your merchandise within 15 days of the purchase date. The product must be in 100% resale condition (all packaging and paperwork included) if you are returning it for any reason other than manufacturer defect.  Please read the following information before issuing a request for RMA.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

  • CLICK HERE to print the Land Run Brands Returns Form.
  • Call 800-616-1326 and request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) Business hours are Monday-Friday, 9-5 CT.
  • Complete the Returns Form, including the RMA number.
  • Use the return address provided on the bottom of the Return Authorization Form.
  • Put the Returns Form in your package.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.  You may want to insure your package in case the Post Office loses it in transit. 
  • Once we receive your package and determine it to be resaleable, we will credit your payment method less the amount of shipping on your original invoice. (See additional explanation below in the section entitled "Shipping Refunds."
  • PayPal credits are immediate and the customer immediately sees that in his/her PayPal account.  Once we apply your refund to a credit card order, it takes credit card companies 1-3 days to process your refund on your statement.

EXCHANGES

If your product becomes defective within the warranty period, we will replace the product with the same or comparable product. 

SHIPPING REFUNDS

  • Land Run Brands and its affiliated companies do not provide refunds for outbound shipping.
  • If an item was shipped free to a customer and then returned for a refund; the actual cost for Land Run Brands to ship the item will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.
  • If an item must be returned due to an error on our part, we will arrange to bring the item back at our expense and reship the correct product to you at no charge.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

If your purchase is damaged in transit, please contact us and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

  • If your UPS shipment has arrived damaged - DO NOT REFUSE THE PACKAGE. Accept the delivery and call 800-616-1326 for a resolution.
  • If your Post Office package arrives damaged, accept the package, take photos, and keep the package entact.  Contact us at 800-616-1326 and we will take the appropriate steps to rectify the issue.

RECEIVED AN INCORRECT PRODUCT?

If the product received is not the product listed on your order confirmation email, please call us at 800-616-1326.  Please have your order number available.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds can take between 1-3 business days to be processed from the date the items are received in our warehouse.

NEED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER?

  • If for any reason your order needs to be cancelled and it has not shipped from our facility, we will process the cancellation request. The majority of orders ship within hours of the order placement, so it is imperative that you review your order carefully prior to checkout.
  • If you decide to cancel, please call us at 800-616-1326 immediately to increase your chances of getting it canceled before it ships. 
  • If the order has already shipped, we will be unable to process any cancellation requests.  Once the package arrives to your address, you can contact us for a return, following the instructions above.
